Four Square:
Used for Dynamic Testing of Right Angle Gearboxes. During life testing, lubrication comparisons, thermal rise under various conditions, bearings, and gears can be evaluated. In the four square machine, only enough power to overcome friction is needed because one element (gearbox) is twisting (torquing) against the other.
Dynamometer:
This machine is designed to do full load testing of Omni Gear and competitive products. Our test stand is designed to provide dynamic testing of product and to measure thermal rise and component endurance.
Planetary Test Stand:
On this test stand, one unit is loaded against the other. This test stand imparts both radial load through chain tension and axial loading on the planetary drive through the pressure roller on the sprocket which is attached to the gearbox.
